Welcome, Sunbridge Neighbors!

(you’re already making a difference)

By choosing Sunbridge, you’ve joined the nation’s first Homegrown National Park Community—where native plants make yards healthier for families, pets, and wildlife.

Homegrown National Park was co-founded by Dr. Doug Tallamy, a leading conservationist who shows how everyday landscapes can restore biodiversity. We'll help you get to know the plants already in your yard, how to care for them, and how to discover the beauty and connection that comes with living alongside butterflies, birds, and bees.

You might be doing more good than you realized just by living here.

Meet Your Neighbors

Every native plant in Sunbridge has a story—and a wildlife neighbor that depends on that plant. Here are a few you’re likely to see just outside your door.

Bright orange butterflyweed (Asclepias tuberosa) isn’t just eye-catching—it’s where monarchs lay their eggs and raise the next generation right in your yard.

Coreopsis leavenworthii and eastern bumblebee

Coreopsis + Eastern Bumblebee

Florida’s state wildflower, coreopsis (Coreopsis leavenworthii), is a favorite stop for buzzing bumblebees, full of nectar and pollen all season long.
