Want to Write for the HNP Blog?

Help shape the next chapter of the movement to restore biodiversity.

Blog Post Ideas

We’re looking for volunteers to contribute stories that educate, inspire, and highlight the joy of planting native.

Whether you're just getting started or have years of experience turning turf into a thriving habitat, your voice can help others take the next step.

Alongside practical how-tos, we want to bring the benefits of native planting to life through personal stories—not just the science of why it matters, but how it adds beauty, purpose, and connection to everyday life.

You can contribute a one-time post or inquire about contributing to a regular series, whichever fits your time and interests.

How to Contribute Your Blog Post

Step 1: Read the Guidelines
