• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
• HNP reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

• You will be responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with returning the item, as HNP does not reimburse these costs.

3. Refund Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.
